We are seeking a highly experienced Business Transformation Programme Manager to lead this complex initiative.
This is not a standard delivery role. This is a senior, politically complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programme.
The Opportunity You will:
- Lead the end-to-end integration of support functions across multiple business units
- Drive alignment across a group of senior leaders and Managing Directors
- Oversee the SAP-enabled transformation roadmap
- Establish governance, reporting and delivery discipline across the programme
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders
- Navigate a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programmes
- Demonstrated experience merging or integrating shared services / HR / corporate functions
- Strong background within construction, engineering, infrastructure or asset-heavy industries
- Experience delivering SAP-enabled transformation initiatives
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across executive and board-level audiences
- Resilience, maturity and the ability to operate in politically complex environments
- Sydney-based (or willing to relocate)
