Sapture's initiative ‘Women Making SAP Happen’, has an aim of highlighting some of the amazing women working in the SAP ecosystem.
SAP, like Technology and other industries that rely on STEM skills, still has a disproportionate amount of men working in it to women; from our most up to date survey this is around 80%-20% in ANZ.
Our aim is to support those women with career consultancy, advice and help on their career progression or choices. Also to feature their stories, successes and challenges, in the hope they will inspire and help to support the other women (and men) around them.
