This is an opportunity to work with major Australian organisations on large-scale transformation initiatives, partnering directly with CFOs and executive leadership teams to design and deliver future-ready finance functions.

- Process Improvement (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A)
- Performance Management
- Finance Technology Strategy
- Business Case Development
- Executive Stakeholder Engagement
We're interested in people who have:
- Experience within a leading consulting or advisory organisation
- Delivered Finance Transformation programs from strategy through implementation
- Worked directly with CFOs and executive stakeholders
- Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management
- Experience across SAP, Oracle, Workday, OneStream, Anaplan or similar finance technologies
- CA or CPA qualifications (highly regarded)
- Experience developing finance operating models and transformation roadmaps
- Solving difficult business problems
- Working with executive leadership teams
- Designing future-state finance organisations
- Leading workshops and influencing decisions
- Delivering meaningful organisational change
