An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced SAP Core Banking / TRBK Home Lending Functional Lead to join a major banking transformation program focused on the re-platforming of Home Loan Lending systems.
Working within a collaborative Software Engineering environment, you will play a key role in delivering scalable and innovative SAP Banking solutions, driving functional excellence across the program.
Key Responsibilities As the Functional Lead, you will:
- Lead the configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP TRBK/Core Banking applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless system integration and business outcomes
- Provide functional expertise across SAP Banking Loans Management and Core Banking solutions
- Support release management, system stability, and application performance optimisation
- Drive solution design aligned to business and technical requirements
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Conduct system assessments and recommend continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor team members and contribute to team leadership and delivery decisions
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in SAP Banking and lending platforms
- Strong SAP TRBK Banking Functional experience
- Proven experience in SAP Core Banking solutions
- Experience leading functional streams or teams within enterprise programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and delivery streams
- Home Lending experience within SAP TRBK environments
- Experience with SAP Banking Loans Management and Deposits Management
- Exposure to large-scale banking transformation or re-platforming programs
