This is not a single project, “easy path” role. You’ll be balancing support, projects, and urgent production issues, often at the same time.

- Has experience delivering Fiori development across multiple customers
- ABAP development (mandatory)
- Fiori development (mandatory)
- Integration experience (mandatory – heavy integration focus)
- HR / Payroll knowledge (core business domain)
- Strong SAP background
- Ideally 10+ years for senior candidates
- 5–7 years for mid-level candidates
- Experience with SuccessFactors
- Health or Public Sector experience
This role is suited to someone who:
- Can wear multiple hats in a small to medium-sized organisation
- Is comfortable with constant context switching (support tickets, projects, urgent production issues, pre-sales)
- Works in a shared resource model across support and projects
- Understands this is not a corporate role focused on one narrow task
- Prefers hands-on responsibility over rigid structure
- 70%+ support work (Application Managed Services / AMS tickets)
- Project work when available
- Must be able to handle support and projects simultaneously
