A yellow and black logo for sap ture making sap happen

SAP EAM Solid-Manager/Senior Manager / Director

The Role
This isn’t a “come in and just deliver” role.
We’re looking for someone who can get in the room before the work exists - and help create it.
You’ll work closely with clients at the earliest stages - shaping thinking, challenging assumptions, and helping define what a successful SAP EAM / Asset Management transformation actually looks like.
Yes, you’ll have delivery credibility - but your real value is in how you engage, influence, and build trust before a project is even signed.

What You’ll Be Doing and Must have solid experience in.
  • Engaging clients early in the lifecycle - discovery, shaping, and scoping work
  • Leading workshops, assessments, and advisory conversations around SAP EAM / Asset Management
  • Supporting and contributing to RFPs, proposals, and pre-sales strategy
  • Working alongside leadership to position and win new work
  • Translating business challenges into structured SAP-led transformation roadmaps
  • Acting as a trusted advisor - not just a delivery lead
  • Stepping into delivery when needed, but not hiding behind it

What “Good” Looks Like
  • You’ve led or shaped large SAP EAM / S/4 Asset Management programs
  • You come from a consulting background - you know how firms win work, not just deliver it
  • You’re comfortable being put on the spot in front of senior stakeholders
  • You can run a room, not just sit in one
  • You’ve been involved in pre-sales, bids, or client acquisition activity
  • You know how to take a vague problem and turn it into a defined piece of work

The Profile We’re Actually Hiring
  • Manager to Senior Manager / Director level
  • SAP EAM / Asset Management advisory
  • Strong Engaging clients early in the lifecycle - discovery, shaping, and scoping work
  • Deep SAP EAM / Asset Management expertise
  • Experience across asset-heavy industries (utilities, energy, engineering, resources — nice to have, not essential)
  • Proven track record across end-to-end transformation journeys (ideally S/4)
  • Strong commercial instinct - understands how consulting businesses operate

The Bit That Matters Most
We’re not looking for someone who waits to be told what the project is.
We’re looking for someone who can walk into a client, ask the right questions, handle the pressure, and help define the work before it exists.
If you’re the type who:
  • Can hold your own with senior stakeholders
  • Has presence, confidence, and a bit of edge
  • Knows how to turn conversations into opportunities

…you’ll do very well here.
