As Program Delivery Lead – HCM Transformation
, you will play a pivotal role in leading a high-profile Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation program. This is a unique opportunity to lead the design, development, and implementation of a major program that will enhance people management capabilities across a wide and impactful sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of the HCM program, including strategic project planning, governance, resource management, and reporting.
- Translate strategic vision into practical objectives, aligning teams across multiple program streams to drive effective delivery.
- Manage cross-functional streams such as Transformation, Functional, Technical, Data, Change, and PMO—ensuring integration, alignment, and smooth delivery.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with third-party vendors, particularly implementation partners, to deliver against program milestones.
- Effectively engage stakeholders across business and technical functions, ensuring clear communication, negotiation, and resolution of issues.
- Identify cross-stream interdependencies and ensure resources are optimally allocated to meet delivery outcomes.
- Proven experience delivering complex enterprise-scale transformation programs, ideally involving HCM or ERP platforms.
- Strong leadership in managing diverse cross-functional teams and navigating large-scale organisational change.
- Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep understanding of program governance, risk management, and delivery assurance in a public sector or large enterprise setting.
