What You’ll Do
- Lead the charge on SAP HR, Payroll, and Time Management across AU/NZ — from config to integration to compliance.
- Deliver big-impact projects — think payroll consolidation, S/4HANA rollouts, and SuccessFactors integrations.
- Be the fixer — solve complex EBA puzzles, keep systems compliant, and tackle those “this can’t be done” challenges.
- Own the HRIS roadmap — from upgrades and enhancements to making payroll faster, smarter, and cheaper.
- Manage a talented crew of internal specialists and outsourced partners. Set the direction, keep them sharp.
- Make your mark — your work directly impacts efficiency, cost savings, and how thousands of employees experience payroll.
- Big toys to play with — SAP ECC6, S/4HANA, UKG Workforce Management, SuccessFactors.

- Solid grip on AU payroll legislation and compliance.
- Track record in leading projects and people.
