�55357;�56481; What you’ll actually be doing
  
This is not a “bums on seats” role.
  
You’ll be working across complex SAP Payroll environments, partnering with clients to design, configure and deliver solutions that actually work.
  
That includes:
  
Leading and contributing to end-to-end SAP Payroll implementations
  
Working across Payroll and/or Time Management (Time Evaluation)
  
Running client workshops and solution discussions
  
Translating business requirements into practical SAP solutions
  
Supporting delivery from design through to go-live
  
Collaborating with a global network of specialists when needed
  
You’ll stay close to the work.
You’ll stay client-facing.
And you’ll stay in your domain.
  
What “good” looks like
  
We’re not looking for a specific title - we’re looking for  capability.
  
Typically, that means:
  
  • Strong experience in SAP Payroll (either… ECC / ECP / S/4 Payroll)
  • Exposure to configuration (not just sitting around it) 
  • Experience across multiple projects, ideally end-to-end
  • Ability to operate confidently in client-facing environments
  • Someone who can workshops, challenge thinking, and drive outcomes
  • Exposure to complex payroll environments (multi-award, multi-state, EBAs is a bonus)
  You might be:  
  1. A Consultant or Senior Consultant ready to step up
  2. A Manager / Senior Manager who wants to stay hands-on
  3. Or someone in industry looking to move into consulting properly
What this isn’t   
To save everyone time - this probably won’t be the right fit if;  
  • You’ve never been involved in SAP Payroll configuration
  • Your experience is purely BAU / operational payroll
  • You’re looking for a contract role
  • You want to move away from hands-on delivery
  • Or you’re chasing a role that’s primarily sales or leadership-led

Open across Australia and New Zealand

Can be based in Auckland, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane etc 
  
Majority of work is remote, with travel required depending on client needs
  
Flexibility is important — this is a client delivery role, not a static position

Strong base + super depending on experience - Mid to high market rates. 
  
No heavy bonus structures — the focus is on meaningful work and strong delivery
