Our client is a leading consultancy gearing up for a significant pipeline of large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes . As part of this growth, they are looking to engage senior programme delivery leaders at Senior Manager through to Director / Managing Director level .
This is a key opportunity for a high-calibre SAP Programme Director to lead complex S/4HANA transformations, working directly with senior stakeholders and driving delivery across multiple large-scale initiatives.
This role requires more than delivery — it's about leadership, presence, and the ability to own and shape major programmes end-to-end .
About the Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SAP S/4HANA programmes
- Take ownership of complex transformation initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Engage directly with C-suite stakeholders , providing strategic direction and programme leadership
- Drive programme governance, delivery quality, and overall execution
- Lead and manage large, multi-disciplinary delivery teams
- Play a key role in client engagement, relationship management, and stakeholder alignment
- Support pre-sales and business development activities , including shaping and winning new work
- Ensure successful delivery across both greenfield and brownfield S/4HANA programmes
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programmes (greenfield and/or brownfield)
- Track record leading large, complex transformation programmes — not small-scale projects
- Strong background within SAP consulting environments
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence at C-suite level
- Strong leadership presence — able to own a room, build trust, and lead from the front
- Experience managing large delivery teams and multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to pre-sales, bid support, or winning work is highly desirable
- Experience across sectors such as utilities, energy, or resources is advantageous
