We're supporting a major global S/4HANA transformation program for a rapidly growing industrial organisation operating within the booming AI and data centre infrastructure market.
 
This is not a "keep the lights on" SAP role.
This is an opportunity to help shape the future operating model behind one of the fastest-growing sectors globally.
 
THE OPPORTUNITY
The organisation is experiencing significant growth due to increasing demand for:
  • hyperscale data centres
  • AI infrastructure
  • critical backup power solutions
  • large-scale industrial customer projects
Historically, many project processes have been managed through:
  • spreadsheets
  • manual workflows
  • disconnected systems
  • legacy ERP environments
An initial SAP PS capability has already been introduced.
Now the business is significantly expanding and maturing the solution - and they need a strong SAP PS consultant within ANZ to help drive that next phase.
This role sits directly within that transformation journey.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll:
  • help shape the SAP S/4HANA PS capability across a major transformation program
  • support Customer Projects functionality
  • guide stakeholders through process change
  • facilitate workshops and solution discussions
  • work across PS integrations into Finance and operational processes
  • support SIT/UAT and future enhancement activities
  • help mature the overall PS capability over time
  • bring practical implementation thinking into a growing environment
This is a role for someone who enjoys solving business problems - not hiding behind tickets.
 
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone with:
  • strong SAP S/4HANA PS experience
  • genuine implementation exposure
  • experience across design/build/configuration activities
  • strong stakeholder engagement capability
  • confidence facilitating workshops and guiding discussions
  • Customer Projects experience (highly desirable)
  • strong integration understanding across PS and FICO
  • consulting or transformation-style delivery experience
Additional experience in:
  • RAR
  • PM/Service integration
  • manufacturing
  • industrial projects
  • global template programs
...will be viewed very favourably.
 
WHAT WE DON'T WANT
This role is NOT suited to:
  • support-only consultants
  • AMS/ticket-management backgrounds
  • purely operational PS resources
  • candidates without implementation experience
  • weak communicators
  • consultants uncomfortable engaging directly with stakeholders

  • challenge constructively
  • operate independently
  • guide transformation conversations
