About the Role
As the SAP SD/TM Lead, you will take functional ownership of solution design, system improvements and operational support across Order-to-Cash, logistics execution and transport planning. Working closely with business operations and IT stakeholders, you will ensure SAP solutions remain aligned with organisational needs, support ongoing transformation initiatives and help drive process excellence across the supply chain.
You’ll lead a small team or functional stream, providing subject matter expertise, coordinating delivery activity and ensuring the stability and continuous improvement of core SAP capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary functional expert for SAP SD and TM, including pricing, order processing, shipment planning.
- Design and document high-quality SAP solutions aligned with best practice and enterprise standards
- Analyse and communicate the impact of system or process changes across integrated SAP modules
- Lead functional components of projects including workshops, documentation, data preparation, training and cutover
- Develop and manage test scenarios; guide UAT activities and support stakeholder engagement
- Deliver BAU support including incident resolution, system optimisation and user enablement
- Identify opportunities to streamline logistics and sales processes and support broader digital transformation
You are a confident SAP practitioner with extensive experience across SD, exposure to TM, and a passion for building robust supply chain processes.
You will bring:
- Strong functional expertise in SAP SD (core OTC, pricing, delivery, billing) and hands-on experience or exposure to SAP TM
- Experience in leading or coordinating SAP functional streams within projects or enhancements
- Understanding of integration with MM, PP, FI, EWM or related logistics modules
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical ability and a continuous improvement mindset
- The ability to mentor others and support the uplift of functional capability
