This is a high-impact consulting role suited to a senior SAP security professional who combines deep technical capability with strong business consulting and stakeholder leadership skills. You will own the SAP Security stream end-to-end while partnering closely with executive stakeholders, program leadership, business units, and delivery teams to shape and drive security strategy across the transformation.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead the SAP Security workstream across the S/4HANA transformation program
- Design and implement enterprise SAP security architecture within a greenfield S/4HANA environment
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to shape security strategy and governance
- Provide trusted advisory services to executive and program leadership teams
- Lead stakeholder workshops and executive discussions with confidence and influence
- Drive security design decisions across SAP landscapes including S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC, and integrated platforms
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable security solutions
- Manage client expectations and navigate complex enterprise environments
- Build strong relationships and credibility across business and technical teams
- Provide strategic guidance around risk, compliance, controls, and segregation of duties
- Mentor and guide delivery teams while ensuring alignment to enterprise architecture standards
You are a senior SAP Security professional with strong consulting capability and proven experience leading enterprise-scale SAP transformation programs.
You are commercially aware, highly articulate, and comfortable engaging at executive level. You know how to influence stakeholders, challenge constructively, and build confidence with clients in complex delivery environments.
Required Experience
- Extensive experience as an SAP Security Architect within large enterprise environments
- Proven experience delivering security architecture for greenfield S/4HANA implementations
- Strong expertise across SAP Security, Authorisations, GRC, Fiori, and IAM concepts
- Background working within consulting or advisory-led environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead senior stakeholder engagement and influence decision-making
- Experience managing complex client relationships and navigating enterprise governance structures
- Strong workshop facilitation and executive communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery oversight
- Experience leading teams and owning end-to-end security outcomes across transformation programs
- Experience within tier 1 consulting environments
- Exposure to enterprise transformation or business-led change programs
- SAP certifications across Security, GRC, or S/4HANA
- Experience with SAP cloud and hybrid landscapes
