Our client is a leading organisation currently delivering a large-scale SAP transformation programme . They are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Manager Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of Solution Manager across a complex SAP landscape.

About the Role
- Be involved in a large-scale SAP transformation programme
- Lead and support the implementation and configuration of SAP Solution Manager
- Configure and manage key modules including ChaRM (Change Request Management), Test Suite, and ITSM
- Support end-to-end change control processes , including transport management and release cycles
- Drive test management activities , including test planning, execution, and defect tracking
- Work closely with functional and technical teams to ensure aligned system integration and delivery
- Translate business and technical requirements into Solution Manager configurations and workflows
- Support monitoring, root cause analysis, and system documentation across the SAP landscape
- Ensure best practices across ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) processes
About You
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)
- Proven experience configuring ChaRM, Test Suite, ITSM , and monitoring capabilities
- Strong understanding of SAP transport management and release processes
- Experience supporting end-to-end SAP project lifecycles (design → build → test → deploy)
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments and integrated landscapes
- Experience with test tools, defect management, and QA processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across technical and functional teams
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with a focus on governance, quality, and delivery standards
- Experience in large-scale transformation programmes or consulting environments is highly regarded
