Sapture is partnering with a leading organisation to secure an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in HR and payroll processes and working knowledge of SuccessFactors . This is a contract opportunity running through to the end of the year, supporting a critical payroll transformation initiative.
The Role This position will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and systems, focusing on HR and payroll processes within a SuccessFactors environment. You will step into a backfill role while the current application owner is dedicated to a major project transitioning payroll into SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyse HR and payroll requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional insights aligned with SuccessFactors
- Support ongoing operations while payroll transformation activities are underway
- Communicate effectively using SuccessFactors terminology (no deep technical configuration required)
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within HR and payroll environments
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors (any module experience considered)
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes (essential)
- Ability to confidently liaise with both business and technical teams
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience across SuccessFactors and payroll
- Candidates with only SAP HR/payroll experience (without SuccessFactors exposure) will not be considered
- Client is based in Perth , requiring an on-site presence for close collaboration
- Candidates open to relocation are encouraged to apply
- Alternatively, candidates must be able to travel to Perth up to 4 days per week
- Contract running until the end of the year
- Competitive daily rate (to be confirmed)
