The Role

As Systems Administrator, you’ll be parachuting in where it counts: stabilising TT/TO, tightening EC, and guiding the business through LMS go-live (October 2025).  You’ll also touch Recruiting and Onboarding, ensuring the end-to-end SuccessFactors landscape is humming.
You won’t just “keep the lights on” - you’ll fix what’s broken, optimise what’s clunky, and design for the future.
  
What Success Looks Like
  • Month 1: Audit TT/TO setup, map pain points, stop the “noisy” payroll issues.
  • Month 3: Deliver targeted fixes in TT/TO & EC, create consistency across absence and time valuation.
  • Month 6: Build credibility with SLT, stabilise LMS post-go-live, and create a sustainable BAU model.
About You
  • Proven SuccessFactors Employee Central experience, with deep configuration knowledge in Time Tracking & Time Off (non-negotiable).
  • Hands-on remediation background — you know how to unpick messy config and make it work.
  • Clear communicator thrives with a direct, high-standard manager.
  • Bonus points: LMS, Recruiting, Onboarding exposure (but TT/TO/EC is the core).
