Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the SAP SuccessFactors Lead to support the transition from current-state Job Architecture to future-state SAP SuccessFactors Job Architecture
- Transform legacy Job Architecture data in line with agreed design principles
- Load and validate data in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA
- Support end-to-end data migration activities, including reconciliation and validation
- Develop and maintain documentation related to data governance and Job Architecture governance
- Ensure data integrity and alignment across SAP and existing client systems
- Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors data migration and transformation
- Experience working with Job Architecture data sets
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA integration
- Strong attention to detail and data quality
- Experience supporting governance documentation and frameworks
- Ability to collaborate effectively within large delivery teams
- Location: Australia-wide (East Coast preferred)
- Work Arrangement: Work from home with possible travel to Canberra
- Security Clearance: Baseline required, NV1 preferred
- Contract Length: Until 30 June 2026 (with potential extension)
