Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Job Architecture
- Work closely with client stakeholders to redefine Job Architecture aligned to leading practice principles
- Map legacy job codes to new job codes based on the agreed JA design
- Provide expert advice on Job Architecture leading practices
- Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
- Oversee data transformation activities related to Job Architecture
- Define and document Job Architecture governance
, including:
- Dual maintenance across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and existing client systems
- Produce high-quality documentation to support governance and operational sustainability
- Proven experience leading Job Architecture implementations in SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong knowledge of JA design principles and operating models
- Experience working with complex organisational structures
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA environments
- Ability to lead governance and documentation activities
- Location: Australia-wide (East Coast preferred)
- Work Arrangement: Work from home with possible travel to Canberra
- Security Clearance: Baseline required, NV1 preferred
- Contract Length: Until 30 June 2026 (with potential extension)
