SAP SuccessFactors Job Architecture Lead

Sapture is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Lead – Job Architecture to support a high-profile client transformation program. This role is ideal for a senior SuccessFactors professional who can lead Job Architecture (JA) design, configuration, and stakeholder engagement across complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Job Architecture
  • Work closely with client stakeholders to redefine Job Architecture aligned to leading practice principles
  • Map legacy job codes to new job codes based on the agreed JA design
  • Provide expert advice on Job Architecture leading practices
  • Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
  • Oversee data transformation activities related to Job Architecture
  • Define and document Job Architecture governance , including:
    • Dual maintenance across SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, and existing client systems
  • Produce high-quality documentation to support governance and operational sustainability
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience leading Job Architecture implementations in SAP SuccessFactors
  • Strong knowledge of JA design principles and operating models
  • Experience working with complex organisational structures
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working across SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Ability to lead governance and documentation activities
Contract Details
  • Location: Australia-wide (East Coast preferred)
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home with possible travel to Canberra
  • Security Clearance: Baseline required, NV1 preferred
  • Contract Length: Until 30 June 2026 (with potential extension)
