SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant

Are you a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, client-facing environments? Our client is growing fast and looking for three experienced SuccessFactors Consultants to join their expanding team, with specializations in Employee Central (EC) , Time Management , and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) .
With an active portfolio of over 45 clients and new projects kicking off every two weeks, there's no shortage of opportunity to make an impact. This is your chance to be part of a high-performing, remote-friendly team that values autonomy, communication, and excellence in delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead and deliver SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements across EC, Time, or ECP modules.
  • Work directly with clients, owning the relationship and guiding them through project lifecycles.
  • Contribute to a growing ecosystem of clients, leveraging your expertise to solve real business challenges.
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit, experienced team while enjoying the flexibility of a remote-first environment (occasional time in the Sydney office as needed).
About You:
  • Proven experience in SuccessFactors – either in consulting or an internal HRIS/Payroll team.
  • Certified in EC, Time, or ECP (preferred).
  • Confident communicator and proactive problem-solver.
  • Able to manage clients independently with minimal oversight.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, project-heavy environment.
  • Ideally not coming from a heavily government-focused background.
