SAP System Analyst - Supply Chain & 3PL Focus

Are you an experienced SAP System Analyst with a passion for supply chain transformation? We’re looking for a proactive professional to join our team and support a major 3PL transition. This role requires deep expertise in SAP MM and Retail, especially around Promotions, as well as a strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.

We’re after a self-starter—someone who can quickly get up to speed, identify improvement opportunities, and clearly document SAP configurations. If you thrive on autonomy and enjoy working across teams to deliver meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse and enhance SAP supply chain and promotions processes
• Accurately document SAP configurations, with a focus on Promotion setup
• Collaborate with the Data Integrity Team, IT, and 3PL partners to support the transformation project
• Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training for SAP-related changes

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a System Analyst or Business Analyst in supply chain or logistics
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, particularly in MM, Retail, and Promotions
• Solid understanding of 3PL operations and SAP integration
• Ability to work independently and keep initiatives moving forward

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience onboarding 3PL providers
• Familiarity with EDI, IDocs, or other SAP integration technologies
