About the Opportunity
We’re supporting a major global resources organisation currently in the Explore phase
of an SAP TM (Transportation Management) implementation.
They’re seeking a seasoned TM Lead Consultant
to join the program and shape the roadmap from the outset.
This is a strategic, business-facing role
requiring both technical TM knowledge and the ability to guide stakeholders through transformational change.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the TM stream across Explore, Design, and subsequent phases
- Advise the business on Basic vs Advanced TM capabilities
- Help shape the client’s TM vision and support them in modernising outdated ECC (LE-TRA) processes
- Deliver functional design and ensure global process alignment across multiple regions
- Work collaboratively across internal and external teams, bridging business and technical needs
- Provide thought leadership and best practice guidance on TM implementation strategy
- Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP TM implementations (Basic and Advanced)
- Background in migration from ECC LE-TRA or other legacy transport systems
- Strong client-facing consulting skills – capable of leading workshops, managing expectations, and influencing outcomes
- Experience supporting global SAP programs across diverse stakeholders
- Ideally some exposure to asset-heavy or resources industries
- Comfortable operating in a largely remote capacity with flexibility for occasional in-person workshops or critical phases
