This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in the setup, configuration, and ongoing support of their learning platform. You’ll be involved in everything from onboarding new users and troubleshooting technical issues to managing user roles, training materials, and data reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define LMS setup requirements and configure user roles, permissions, and settings.
- Ensure alignment between the LMS and other internal systems.
- Assist in creating reports on course completion, progress, and learning metrics.
- Support new user onboarding and provide day-to-day troubleshooting.
- Develop simple guides and documentation in collaboration with training teams.
- Maintain and categorise training content such as modules, documents, and data.
- Support system testing and escalate technical issues as needed.
- Work with IT and LMS teams to resolve system-related problems.
- Assist with LMS data analysis and report preparation.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and L&D teams and communicate system updates to users.
- At least 2 years of experience supporting an LMS in a corporate or enterprise environment, ideally with exposure to SAP LMS.
- Solid understanding of LMS setup, configuration, and integration with other tools.
- Experience with eLearning platforms and digital training resources.
- A methodical, user-focused approach with strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
